Ballatina is a one bedroom independent apartment on the ground-floor of Villa Ballati, an 18th century villa located on the grounds of the Castello di Grotti. It can be rented as a separate apartment or together with the Villa. The apartment has been completely restored, and is comprised of:

• entry way
• small fully equipped kitchen
• large master-bedroom with fireplace
• antique furnishings
• one bathroom with shower (plus sink, w.c. and bidet)

The Ballatina apartment has been furnished with antique pieces and retains a cozy charm also because of its open fireplace. Central heating makes this venue an all-year-round enjoyable choice.
The independent access to the apartment is through a gravel path that separates Villa Ballati from the large lawn that is enclosed within the Castello di Grotti park.

Open air living (table and chairs available) allows for magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside, and as far as the Siena skyline and the Chianti area hills.
